The assignment was to design a new movie poster based on the "Mash-up" of two movies from a list A and B. After a few days hours of thumbnailing things out I decided to go with The Big Lebowski and The Maltese Falcon. For the record I am just glad that I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. And now I can move on haha.

ReplyDeleteThis piece looks great, I LOVE the colors. And the concept. The piece as a whole looks a bit cluttered, but it still works for me (not a lot of negative space). This may be weird, but one of my favorite aspects of this whole piece is the rug, the way it's painted and pattern...
